Football ends season versus conference champs

Box Score LAS VEGAS, N.M.- The hot streak ends for the Cowboys as they lost their last game of the season against #4 Colorado State University-Pueblo. Despite the Cowboys having more offensive yards, they could not stop the ThunderWolves powerful running attack.
 
In the first half, the Cowboys were held scoreless as they went into the locker rooms down 17-0. The Cowboys struggled as the ThunderWolves prevented them from getting anything going.
 
Coming out of the locker room, the Cowboys had a dominant first drive that consisted of 12 plays and 79 yards. The drive ended with a 2 yard rushing touchdown from Vincent Venegas.

For the rest of the half, the Cowboys would have trouble scoring. The Cowboys would compete but ThunderWolves would be too much as the Cowboys lost 33-7.
 
For the game, the Cowboys had possession for 41 minutes of the game and had 311 offensive yards to Pueblo's 286 yards.
