LAS VEGAS, N.M. – The New Mexico Highlands football team (1-8, 1-6 RMAC) looks to continue their success as they face Black Hills State (0-9, 0-7 RMAC) at home.
The Cowboys are coming off a win last weekend that broke a 12 game losing streak. Chadron State was unable to stop the Cowboys offensive attack, as the Cowboys possessed the ball for 40 minutes.
Trevor Swenson and
Kirt Terry-Springs were a big part of the offensive game as Swenson threw for 247 yards and two touchdowns, and Terry-Springs caught both touchdowns and had 146 receiving yards.
