Box Score LAS VEGAS, N.M.-It was an exciting Senior Night for the Cowgirls here at the John A. Wilson Complex! The Cowgirls dominated in their last home match against Adams State University, defeating the Grizzlies 70-59.

Kristy Marquez led both teams in points with 17. Marquez led the Cowgirls in total rebounds with seven, also contributing six assists, two blocks, and two steals. Fellow senior
Brittany Brown added nine points to the scoreboard, five rebounds, one block, and one steal. Junior guard
Giulia Simioni racked up 14 points, scoring the first two points of the game for the Cowgirls. Simioni also led in assists with eight. Senior
Miranda Martinez played well on her Senior Night, contributing four points, two assists, leading the team in steals with three.
Brianna Pribble made shots for the Cowgirls in very crucial moments, ending the night with six total points.

The Cowgirls came out strong, substantially out-shooting the Grizzlies in the first half. Heading into the locker room, the Cowgirls were shooting 26.7% from the 3-point line, the Grizzlies were 0-3. Both teams increased their game in the second half of the match, though our Cowgirls still lead in all categories, making 48% of their shots and 35% from the 3-point line. The Cowgirls held their largest lead in the fourth quarter, the Grizzlies ultimately trailing by a whopping 11 points at the end of the last buzzer. Final score 70-59.
