LAS VEGAS, N.M. --- The New Mexico Highlands women's soccer team continues RMAC play 1 p.m. Sunday as the Cowgirls host CSU-Pueblo at Sanchez Family Stadium.

LAST WEEK FOR THE COWGIRLS (0-7, 0-4) | SEASON STATS

The Cowgirls dropped a pair of games at home this past weekend, dropping a heartbreaker to Colorado Christian 2-1 where the Cougars scored in the 89th minute and a 2-0 decision to No. 7 Colorado School of Mines. In the loss to Colorado Christian, Breanna Fatten scored a game-tying goal for NMHU in the 64th minute that was assisted by Monique Nevarez and Alondra Gildo-Ceballos.

ABOUT CSU-Pueblo (4-3-1, 1-3) | SEASON STATS

The ThunderWolves broke a three-game losing streak on Sunday with a 4-3 win at home over Colorado Christian. The contest was tied 1-1 at the half and tied 2-2 in the 61st minute before goals by Michelle Moure and Laikyn Koss within a 10-minute period gave CSU-Pueblo a 4-2 lead and held on for the one-goal victory. Karley Whiteman leads CSU-Pueblo in goals with four goals while Mackenzie Bean has three goals and two assists. At keeper for CSU-Pueblo is Rylie Martin as she has a 1.61 goals against average and has played all but 12 minutes for the ThunderWolves.
