Las Vegas, NM --- The New Mexico Highlands Women's basketball team will host CSU-Pueblo on Wednesday December 18
th at 5 pm at Wilson Complex before most athletes will head home for the holidays.

ABOUT CSU-PUEBLO: The ThunderWolves sit 2 spots ahead of the Cowgirls in RMAC standings as the Packs only conference win this season is against Adams State. The Pack average53.6 points per game while shooting 34% from the field and 23% from three. The Thunder Wolves average 34.4 rebounds and 9 assists per game.

JaNaiya Davis leads the way for the Pack as she averages 14 points, 5.9 rebounds and 3 steals per game. Sydni Williams (11.4 points, 7.7 rebounds), Khiya Adams (8.2 points, 5.6 rebounds), and Harmony Pettis (6.2 points, 2.2 steals) will also look to aid the ThunderWolves.

ABOUT THE COWGIRLS: The Cowgirls are coming off a very tough OT loss to the #3 ranked team in the South Central Region (Westminster). On the season, the Cowgirls average 59.6 points per game while shooting 36.5% from the field and 31.6% from three. The Cowgirls average 32 rebounds per game while dishing out 11.4 assists per game.

Jordyn Lewis, who leads the RMAC in scoring, averages 20.7 points per game and is fifth in the RMAC in 3 pt. at 41.3%, and averages 4 rebounds per game.
Ashley Antone, who sits at 14
th in RMAC scoring, averages 12.6 points and 5.9 rebounds and sits right behind Lewis at the six spot in 3 pt. at 36.5%.
Maiah Rivas (10.3 points, 4.8 assists) and
Desiree Forster (7.9 points, 3.4 rebounds) will also look to aid the Cowgirls to their first conference win of the season.
