Las Vegas, NM --- The Cowgirls will be back in Rocky Mountain Athletic Conference action this weekend as they will host Regis on Friday night and Colorado Christian on Saturday night, with both games starting at 5 pm at the Wilson Complex.

ABOUT REGIS: The Rangers sit in the 12 spot in RMAC standings and are coming off a 3-point loss to Colorado Christian right before the holidays. The Rangers are 7
th in RMAC in scoring averaging just over 63 points per game while their opponents average 66 points per game. The Rangers also average 40 rebounds, 10.73 assists, 6.36 steals and 2 blocks per contest. Whitney Jacob leads the way for the Ranger offense as she averages 14.2 points while also leading the team in rebounds at 9.3 per game. Emma Sterkel (8.9 points, 3.5 rebounds, 2.8 assists), Tashika Burrell (8.1 points, 3.5 rebounds), and Grace O'Neil (8 points, 5.8 rebounds) are also players to watch for the Rangers on Friday night.

ABOUT COLORADO CHRISTIAN: The Cougars sit in 5 team tie for 4
th place in RMAC standing with a 3-2 conference record and 3-8 overall. Offensively, the Cougars average 57.8 points per game while shooting 39% from the field and 27% from three-point territory. The Cougars also grab 32.2 rebounds per game and average 9.4 assists. Taylor Ferris will look to continue her offensive momentum as her first game of the season was against Regis where Ferris scored 20 points and grabbed 3 rebounds for the Cougars. Sam Nunez (13.9 points), Lourdes Gonzales (9.6 points, 6.1 rebounds), and Brookelynn Huribut (9.5 points, 5.7 rebounds) are also players to watch out for the Cougars on Saturday night.

ABOUT THE COWGIRLS: The Cowgirls are looking for their first conference win of the season and this is a perfect weekend to snag it. The Cowgirls come in the weekend averaging 58.4 points per game while shooting 36% from the field and 31% from three-point land. The Cowgirls also average 32 rebounds, 11 assists and 7.6 steals per game.
Jordyn Lewis will look to keep her crown as the RMAC's leading scorer as she averages 19.7 points game and also grabs 4.1 rebounds.
Ashley Antone has also stepped up big for the Cowgirls as the freshman averages 12.5 points and 6.1 rebounds per contest.
Maiah Rivas (9.3 points 4.5 assists),
