Cowboys Bested by Mountaineers at Home

Las Vegas, NM - The tail of two halves. The Cowboys and the Mountaineers were as close as they could be in the first half until the first 2 drives of the second half where the Mountaineers posted 2 scores and then went on to hold the Cowboys scoreless in the 2 half.
 
Saturday 10.22.22 at Sanchez Family Stadium

12:00pm — Cowboys, led by Gage Guardiola, found their rhythm in the first half to the tune of 13 points but were halted in the 2nd half before falling 30 to 13 at home.

Forced Turnovers — The Cowboys forced 2 turnovers but were not able to capitalize on either including a scoop and score by the offense of the Mountaineers which resulted in a TD that set the tempo of the game.
