Colorado Springs, Colorado - New Mexico Highlands University sophomore quarterback Collin Stucki has been named the Rocky Mountain Athletic Conference (RMAC) Offensive Player of the Week following a career-best performance in Saturday's conference match up against Colorado Mesa in Grand Junction.
Stucki becomes the second New Mexico Highlands player to earn RMAC Offensive Player of the Week honors this season, joining fellow quarterback Kadyn Parr, who received the recognition in Week Three.
Stucki turned in one of the most impressive offensive performances of the season for the Cowboys, completing 36 of 62 passes for a career-high 507 yards and five touchdowns in Highlands' 59-46 setback against the Mavericks.
The sophomore signal-caller also contributed 59 yards rushing and a nine-yard touchdown run, finishing the afternoon with 566 yards of total offense and six touchdowns.
Behind Stucki's performance, New Mexico Highlands amassed 639 yards of total offense, including 507 through the air, while recording 33 first downs and running 100 offensive plays.
The Cowboys converted seven of eight fourth-down opportunities and scored on seven of their eight trips inside the red zone.
Stucki's 507 passing yards marked his second consecutive game establishing a career high in passing yardage after throwing for 222 yards against CSU Pueblo earlier in October.
The Cowboys return to Sanchez Family Stadium on Saturday afternoon when they host Adams State in their final home game of the 2026 season. Kickoff is scheduled for noon, with Senior Day festivities planned.
