Cowgirls Fall at Home

Box Score Las Vegas, NM- The Cowgirls played their first home game of the season at West Las Vegas today against the Rattlers of St. Mary's.
 
The Cowgirls got the scoring started on their first goal of the season by Mia Roybal. The Albuqurque native found the back of the net at the 13-minute mark of the first half.
 
The Rattlers would answer five minutes later in the 18 minutes with a goal to tie it up and ten minutes later they would answer to take a 2-1 lead in the first half.
 
Dalma Zsigó got herself a goal in the 42 minute to tie up the game at 2-2 headed into the half.
 
The Rattlers would open the scoring in the second half at 53 minutes to give the rattlers a 3-2 lead. They would later score in the 82 minutes in the second half to make it a 4-2 lead for the Rattlers.
 
That would lead to a Rattlers victory.
 
UP NEXT: The Cowgirls play Saturday in Odessa Texas against the Falcons of Texas-Permian Basin.
