TFRRS | Amoya Jameison – Track and Field Results & Statistics

2025 Outdoor (Sophomore):
Competed primarily in the 400 meters and relays during the outdoor season. Recorded a season-best time of 55.80 in the 400 meters, placing fourth at the RMAC Outdoor Track & Field Championships. Also ran 57.59 at the West Texas Relays. Contributed to the 4x400 relay that placed second at the RMAC Championships with a time of 3:46.11 and won the event at the Texas Tech Masked Rider with a mark of 3:47.54.

2024-2025 Indoor (Sophomore):
Competed in the 400 meters and relays during the indoor season. Placed third in the 400 meters at the RMAC Indoor Track & Field Championships with a time of 57.51 and ran 58.57 in prelims. Contributed to the 4x400 relay that finished fifth at the RMAC Championships in 3:55.78. Also competed in the distance medley relay, recording a time of 13:48.63.

2024 Cross Country (Sophomore):
Competed during the cross country season, posting a season-best 5K time of 22:18.7 at the HU XC JAM. Also ran at the UCCS XC Rust-Buster, recording a time of 23:52.7.

Why NMHU: “I chose New Mexico Highlands University because it’s a good school with a friendly environment. It’s also affordable and has programs that fit what I want to study. I like that the school feels welcoming and has people from different backgrounds”
