Before joining NMHU, Beau was the assistant offensive line coach at the University of the Incarnate Word in San Antonio, TX, where the team averaged 5.1 yards per carry and also set a single game rushing re3cord (402 yards).
 
Blair was also a graduate assistant for the offensive line at the University of Houston from 2018 to 2019 where he helped the team earn 4^th in scoring offense (46.4 PPG) and 6^th in total offense (538.6 YPG).
 
Prior, to Houston, Blair made a stop at Southeastern University as the tight ends / assistant offensive line / and director of equipment and travel. Blair helped the Fire earn an 8-2 overall record and also number 1 scoring offense in NAIA and a 1^st-Team All-Conference Tight End.
 
Blair also has spent time in the high school environment where he served as the offensive coordinator – offensive line / strength & condition coordinator for two seasons at Jacksonville High School and the offensive line / strength & conditioning coordinator at Diboll High School.
