Chris Ferragamo is beginning his fifth season with New Mexico Highlands football program as a volunteer assistant line coach after retiring as head coach of Banning HS in Wilmington, California.
 
Ferragamo had two stints with the Pilots and had a career record in 26 years of 179-52-5 (.758 winning percentage). Ferragamo coached Banning HS to eight Los Angeles City Section titles, including six in a row from 1976-1982.
