He comes to the Cowboy’s football program from the College of the Siskiyous where he was the Defensive Line Coach for three years.

Coach Pavlic brings a multitude of experience from the collegiate to high school ranks.

In 2007 he accepted a position at College of the Siskiyous under NMHU Head Coach Eric Young. At Siskiyous coach Pavlic helped the Eagles enjoy top ranked back top back seasons as a defense. Including last year when they held opponents to an average of 295 total yards per game, and in 2009 when they held opponents to 88 yards rushing per game. Coach Pavlic also coached two back to back All Conference Linemen the last two seasons.

Coach Pavlic enjoys mentoring student athletes and helping them prepare for successful lives during and after college. He hopes to help bring the Highlands football program back to successful ways while helping the students mature into successful adults.

Coach Pavlic is married to Britain and has two children, Jordan and Brooks.
