Before NMHU:  Hometown is Tse Dáá K’áán, New Mexico...2025 graduate of Shiprock High School...Ran cross country for Coach Alice Kinlichee in high school...earned five varsity letters...Helped her team to three consecutive top three finishes at the 4A State Championships...Also played basketball at Shiprock.

Personal:  Parents are Duane Begay and Melissa Ross-Begay...Sister of Kaitlyn and Colten.

Why NMHU: I chose NMHU because I wanted to be closer to my little brother who gets his treatments at UNM Children's Hospital for his leukemia. I want to be closer in case of any emergency.
