Alexandra Rodriguez will enter her third season as the Assistant coach for the NMHU Women’s Soccer Program.
 
Rodriguez has an extensive understanding and background in Soccer, offensively and defensively. Rodriguez began playing soccer when she was seven years old. Her primary position was Center Back (Sweeper); however, she has played all field positions. After a career-ending injury, Alex dedicated her time to giving back, working as a dual diagnosis adolescent counselor for adolescents, pursuing higher education, and educating/promoting the importance of physical, mental, and emotional health for student-athletes.
 
Rodriguez has accomplished two associate degrees from Riverside City College, California (RCC). Rodriguez has recently achieved a master’s in social work Concentration in Clinical Practice from NMHU and a bachelor’s degree in Sociology with a Minor in Education Studies from UCLA. She has accomplished a National Diploma from United Soccer Coaches and intends to achieve the Advanced National Diploma and work towards receiving her D-license.
