Box Score The NMHU Cowgirl Volleyball team fell to the Yellow Jackets of Black Hills State University in three straight sets (25-16, 25-22, and 25-15) on 10/12. The error plagued Cowgirls struggled throughout the match hitting .179 for the night and finishing with nine service errors. With the loss NMHU drops to 6-14 on the season and 2-8 in RMAC play. The Cowgirls take the floor again on 10/13 as they host the Eagles of Chadron State College at 4:00 p.m. in Las Vegas, N.M.
Leading the Cowgirls was
Mariah White with seven kills of a .545 hitting percentage.
Darian Mullen followed suit with seven kills for a .211 hitting percentage. Mullen added in two solo blocks to her totals for the evening.
Quiana Vigil added to the Cowgirls attack with 29 assists and one service ace.
