GOODWELL, OKLA. – Volleyball heads east to face regional opponents Oklahoma Panhandle State (1-15, 0-7 Heartland Conference) and Texas A&M University – Kingsville (9-8, 2-4 Lone Star Conference). Games will be held at Oklahoma Panhandle State University at 1 p.m. and 4 p.m.
The Cowgirls are coming off a tough weekend as they dropped two to Colorado Mesa University and Westminster College. Despite the losses, the girls have played dominant first sets. To get back on the winning side, the girls will need to carry their performance in the first set into the other sets.
Scouting Oklahoma Panhandle State The Aggies are last in their conference and have had a tough time winning sets throughout the season. They have only won 2 sets in the past 10 games.
Currently the Aggies are on a 13 game losing streak but their only win has come at home.
Scouting Texas A&M University-Kingsville The Javelinas are sixth in their conference most of their losses this season have come from conference opponents. In addition, Kingsville gives up many points when they attack, as they are second in their conference with 393 attacking errors.
Currently, they are on a 2-3 run, including a win against #24 Angelo State.
