Volleyball Falls to #16 San Bernardino

Box Score San Bernardino, Calif.-Unfortunately the Cowgirls lost the first game of the tournament (21-25) against #16 CSUSB.

The game leaders from NMHU were Dixon, Jasmine (9 kills), Babbitt, Talise (5 kills), Hansen, Caroline (4 kills). The top players from CSUB were Torline, Alexandra (13 kills), Nicholson, Lauren (10 kills), McIntosh, Brenna (8 kills).

CSUSB scored 25 points while NMHU only managed 3 points.

In the second the Cowgirls were able to come together in the second half to make it a much better match, but unfortunately fell 25-21

The Cowgirls were not worried after dropping the first two sets due to their performance on Thursday where they came from behind to win 3-2. The 3^rd set came and the Cowgirls made it another great match, but lost 25-21  . Ending the game in a loss.

The Cowgirls will continue play on Friday with two game. The first at 1 p.m. against Cal State San Marcos, then again at 6 p.m. against Cal State East Bay. Live stats will be available.
