Box Score Your Cowgirl Volleyball team beat Western State University Colorado 3 sets to 2
Western State came out ready to play and started with an 8-2 run. The Cowgirls continued to fight but Western State won the set 25-16.
The second set was a competitive one consisting of both teams being tied throughout most of the set. They were head to head until Western State went on a 5-1 run to win the set 25-21.
Being down 2-0, the Cowgirls continued to fight and began their comeback in the third set. They came out hot and started 5-0. Using that momentum, the girls had the lead throughout the whole set and won 25-22.
With the Cowgirls still being down 2-1, they did not give up and kept fighting. The fourth set seem to be just like the second set, except this time the girls came out on top 25-22.
Facing the fifth and final set, the Cowgirls kept fighting. There were six lead changes in the set. The girls kept their intensity throughout the set and it paid off when they scored the final three points of the match to win 15-13.
