Wrestling Falls to #20 Colorado Mesa

LAS VEGAS, N.M.- The Cowboys fell to #20 Colorado Mesa on Wednesday night by a score of 30-12. The Cowboys started of down 4-0 after the first dual of Stelling of Mesa over Jacob Espana. Tre Humphrey came back with a win over McDanial with pin to give the Cowboys the lead. The Mavericks would go on a run and take the next six duals, but the Cowboys would claw back. With just three duals left, the Cowboys won the 184 dual with a Luis Terrazas 4-2 decision over Visconti. Cody Marquez would then take a 5-2 win over Haughain. The Mavericks would then take the final match over the night in a fall at 5:18.
