New Mexico Highlands Cowgirls:
The Cowgirls are riding a 4 match losing streak, but this does not truly reflect their level of play. Recently the Cowgirls have been playing great, competitive matches. Senior
Caroline Hansen set a career high with 24 kills against Western State Colorado. Freshmen
Brianna Montano has also been playing exceptionally well. The Cowgirls have been able to compete with some top competition, right down to the wire. Last time them play Metropolitan State, they played them tight. The Cowgirls hope to continue their solid play this week.
Metropolitan State University of Denver Roadrunners:
The Roadrunners are a very talented team that sits with a 13-3 overall record. Michaela Smith has amassed 255 kills so far on the season. Smith is definitely a player that can impact a match at any time. Ryan Hoerdemann is also a great player that has 176 kills on the year. Jackie Lopez leads her team with 262 digs.
University of Colorado-Colorado Springs Mountain Lions:
The Mountain Lions will come to Las Vegas with a 9-7 overall record. Alyssa Brinton is the Mountain Lions top scorer as she has 249 kills on the season.
