NMHU Cowgirls: The lady cowgirls take on in-state rival Eastern New Mexico on Tuesday the 20
th at 6:00 pm in Portales, New Mexico.
The Cowgirls hold a 3-3 overall record and 0-2 RMAC.
New Mexico Highlands last weekend traveled to #18 Colorado School of Mines and Colorado Christian University. Going against the Orediggers, your Cowgirls Senior Caroline Hanson had nine kills and Sophomore
Bryanna Lopez had the most digs overall with 19. Colorado Christian University swept NMHU in three sets, but the lady cowgirls showed strong skills, once again Bryanna Lopes had 14 digs and Caroline Hanson had 11 kills holding the team together.

Eastern New Mexico University hold a 4-6 overall record and 0-1 Heartland
Eastern New Mexico recently lost against Lubbock Christian University and Texas A&M – Kingsville. The Greyhounds went to five sets against Lubbock losing the final set (15-9). A few days later the lady Javelinas swept Eastern New Mexico in three sets.
