Las Vegas, NM --- The New Mexico Highlands Cowgirls will have a pair of Rocky Mountain Athletic Conference matches this weekend as they will take on Adams State at 7 PM on Friday, October 11
th and Fort Lewis College at 6 PM on Saturday, October 12
th (DIG PINK GAME) at the Wilson Complex in Las Vegas, NM.

ABOUT THE GRIZZLIES: The Grizzlies (5-10, 2-4 RMAC) are coming off a 2 game win streak as they were able to take down Dixie State and Westminster last weekend in Alamosa, CO. The Grizzlies offense has tallied 540 kills and average 11.5 kills per set. The Grizzlies defense has tallied 692 digs and are averaging 14.7 digs per set. Hannah Goddard leads the team in kills with 128 on the season and has also tallied 147 digs and 10 blocks. Shannon Mulkey (44 blocks, 104 kills), Riley Ogelvie (93 kills, 32 blocks), and Mackenzie Swanson (169 digs, 39 assists and 22 service aces) will look to aid the Grizzlies this weekend.
ABOUT THE SKYHAWKS: The Skyhawks (5-10, 1-5 RMAC) are only 1 game ahead of the Cowgirls in conference play. The Skyhawks have tallied 536 kills on the season and are averaging 9.6 kills per set. The Skyhawks defense has tallied 836 digs and is averaging 14.9 digs per set. Bailey Longacre leads the way for the Skyhawks offense as she has 118 kills on the season and also has 27 blocks and 37 digs. Ohiyah Shirley (92 kills, 117 digs, 14 blocks), Alexa Treguboff (76 kills, 13 blocks, 122 digs), and Kamryn Lopez (181 digs, 17 assists, 15 service aces) have all aided the Skyhawks this year.

ABOUT THE COWGIRLS: The Cowgirls (1-14, 0-7 RMAC) are still searching for their first conference win of the season. The Cowgirls have tallied 497 kills on the season and are averaging 9.4 kills per set. The Cowgirls defense has tallied 726 digs and is averaging 13.7 digs per set and also has 85 blocks and averages 1.6 blocks per set.
Keegan Lopez leads the Cowgirls offense in kills with 111 on the season. Lopez has also tallied 17 blocks and 104 digs.

Taley Ferrari (72 kills, 42 blocks),
