Cowgirls lose to No. 1 MSU Denver

Box Score LAS VEGAS, N.M. --- The New Mexico Highlands volleyball team lost 3-0 (25-21, 25-13, 25-14) to top-ranked MSU Denver on Saturday at Wilson Complex.

Stacy Johnson led the Cowgirls with eight kills while Terayah Stukes had seve. Soleil Gandara had a team-best 20 assists and Elena Rivera led NMHU with 13 digs while Meranda Romero had 10.

NMHU returns to action Friday as it travels to take on South Dakota Mines.
