LAS VEGAS, N.M. ---Â The New Mexico Highlands volleyball team continues RMAC action this week on the road as the Cowgirls travel to take on Chadron State on Friday before facing No. 6 Colorado School of Mines on Saturday.
COWGIRLS HEADING INTO THIS WEEKÂ |Â 2021Â SEASON STATS
NMHUÂ split this weekend as it dropped a five setter to CSU Pueblo Friday (25-23, 25-22, 24-26, 25-21, 15-13) before bouncing back to sweep UCCS 3-0 (25-23, 25-16, 25-17) on Saturday.
Lisi Langi leads the Cowgirls in kills per set at 2.92 and is followed by
Terayah Stukes (2.39),
Keegan Lopez (2.35) and
Stacy Johnson (2.05).
Soleil Gandara leads the team at 10.26 assists per game, Johnson has a team-high 13 aces, Johnson and
Angelina Oliver lead NMHU with 55 blocks apiece whileÂ
Elena Rivera has a Cowgirl-best 4.41 digs per set.

The Eagles dropped a pair of contests last weekend on the road, falling at Fort Lewis (25-21, 17-25, 25-23, 29-27) and at Western Colorado (27-25, 23-25, 25-22, 25-23) in four games each.
Amber Harvey leads CSC in kills at 2.82 per set, Audrey Bennett has a team-high 4.68 assists per contests, Devyn Volz leads the Eagles with 18 aces, Rylee Greiman has CSC-best 3.80 digs per set and Aiyana Fujiyama leads CSC with 46 blocks.
COLORADO SCHOOL OF MINES HEADING INTO THE WEEKÂ |Â 2021 SEASON STATS
The sixth-ranked Orediggers head into the weekend on a 10-match winning streak after sweeping Western Colorado 3-0 (25-7, 25-14, 25-16) on Friday and beating Fort Lewis in four on Saturday (25-16, 18-25, 25-22, 25-17) - both on the road. Mines' last - and only - loss came Sept. 4 against Southwest Minnesota State.
CSM has two players averaging more than three kills per set in Taylor Hicken (3.35) and Amanda Donais (3.16) while Lindsey Jin, Julia Eiken and Rose Stuewe are averaging better than two kills per set. Drew Stokes leads the Orediggers in assists at 11.69 per set while Hicken has a team-best 18 aces. On the defensive side, Elle Duis leads the team at 4.51 digs per set and Eiken has an Oredigger-best 40 blocks.
