Cowboy wrestling continues RMAC schedule at Chadron State on Friday

LAS VEGAS, N.M. --- The New Mexico Highlands wrestling team returns to action Friday as they travel to take on Chadron State.

The Cowboys enter the dual 3-6 overall and 0-2 in duals while the Eagles are 2-2 in duals and this week will be their first RMAC action of the season (they take on Adams State on Thursday). 

NMHU is coming off a weekend where it lost to Adams State on the road last Thursday 39-12 (receiving six points from an Allen Michel win at 174 pounds and another six on a forfeit at 285), participated in the Western Colorado Open in Gunnison on Friday and competed in the Tracy Borah Duals again in Gunnison on Saturday - falling to University of Mary 47-3 and Western Colorado 30-20. Jonathan Trujillo went 2-0 during the duals at 149 pounds.
