Rapid City, S.D.. – The Cowboys look to bounce back against the Hardrockers this Saturday after a tough loss in game 1 of the road trip.

The Game before Christmas — The Cowboys could improve to 3-3 in conference then have 13 days to prepare for Westminster at home on the 30th. Slow starts have been the achilles heel for the Cowboys.

Dante Moses –  The Cowboys guard is averaging 20 points a game and has eclipsed 30 points 3 times this season. A quick start by he and the Cowboys offense could propel NMHU to a win on the road in a game between two teams that hold similar conference records

The Hardrockers of South Dakota Mines

The Hardrockers have won their previous 2 games against MSU Denver and CSU Peublo.
