Cowboy wrestling drops dual to Western Colorado

LAS VEGAS, N.M. --- The New Mexico Highlands wrestling team lost to Western Colorado 39-6 Friday night at Wilson Complex.

Julian Sanchez picked up the Cowboys' only points of the match at heavyweight, beating the Mountaineers' Sammy deSeriere.

NMHU returns to action for its final home event of the season 6 p.m. Wednesday against CSU Pueblo.
