Cowboys lose Dual to Chadron

Sellers and Smith was an exciting match between two of the top ranked wrestlers Nationally. Smith took the victory 7-6. Sellers was one single leg takedown away from a victory. Smith did an excellent job defending the single leg takedown after Sellers was successful with it early in the match.
 
Killgore Defeated Gocke with a beautiful reversal into a cradle. Killgore used the Cradle to pin and end the match which allowed for a momentum swing for the Cowboys.
 
Zach Ferris asserted dominance in his matchup against Zutavern while controlling majority of the match. He nearly had two pins during the match.
 
Mason Watt was able to end off the dual with a pin over Kioni Benally.
 
Highlands lost the Matchus vs Chadron State 32-10. This dual was closer than the score appears and the Cowboys displayed promising moments throughout the Matchup. Coach Cole said, " I thought everyone wrestled competitively and I am excited to watch them grow because they are all so young."
