Las Vegas, New Mexico - Fresh off of Wednesday evening's 3-1 win over Western New Mexico, the New Mexico Highlands volleyball team will be at home for a pair of Rocky Mountain Athletic Conference matches this weekend.
On Friday, Black Hills State visits the Wilson Complex for a 6:00 pm match with the Cowgirls. The Yellow Jackets come into Friday's match with an overall record of 5-14 and 0-9 in the RMAC. The Cowgirls defeated Black Hills State 3-1 last season in Las Vegas.
Then, on Saturday afternoon, the South Dakota School of Mines comes to Las Vegas for a 12:00 pm match with the Cowgirls. The Hardrockers are 12-7 overall and 6-3 in conference play. Saturday will be the ninth all time meeting between the two schools. The series history is deadlocked at 4-4.
After this weekend's matches, the Cowgirls will head to Alamosa for the second time this season for Thursday and Friday matches against Adams State and Chadron State.
