Cowgirls Fall to Seventh Ranked Colorado Mesa

Cowgilrs keep it close but Colorado Mesa pulls away late


Las Vegas, New Mexico - The New Mexico Highlands volleyball team suffered a 3-0 lost to the 7th ranked Colorado Mesa Mavericks this evening. The Cowgirls kept it close for all three sets in the end CMU was able to put little rallies together and end up pulling away.

Seraiah Morgan led the Cowgirls with eleven kills on the evening followed by Jaylee Gonzales with seven kills of her own.

Asleigh Meyer and Abby Carlsen led the way for the Cowgirls with 11 assists each.
