Pueblo, Colorado - CSU-Pueblo handed the Cowgirls an 84-64 defeat on Tuesday evening. With the loss NMHU is 4-13 overall and 3-8 in the RMAC. The ThunderWolves improve to 10-8 overall and 5-5 in conference play.
Sophomore
Juliana Aragon led the Cowgirls with 18 points and six assists on Tuesday.
Neysa Munguia added 12 points, nine rebounds and a game high two blocked shots and
Delani Harris was in double-figures with 10 points.
As a team, the Cowgirls posted a season high 14 steals led by
Emma Christiano who had four.
Up next, the Cowgirls travel to Gunnison on Saturday for a game against Western Colorado. Tip off is set for 3:00 pm.
