Pueblo, Colorado - The NMHU soccer team dropped a 2-0 decision at CSU-Pueblo on Sunday afternoon. The loss drops the Cowgirls record to 2-13-2 overall and 0-10-1 in the Rocky Mountain Athletic Conference.
CSU-Pueblo opened the scoring at the 26:44 mark of the match and added their second goal mid-way through the second half.
The ThunderWolves out-shot NMHU 4-3 in the match.
Senior
Acacia Rodriguez played 81 minutes on Sunday and recorded two shots on goal.
Ruth Covey was responsible for the other Cowgirl shot.
The Cowgirls wrap up the 2024 campaign when Adams State travels to historic Las Vegas for a 2:00 pm match on Wednesday afternoon.
