HIGH SCHOOL: Played at Skyline High School and for coach Scarlet Gemm ... Was a four-year starter for the Falcons, including team captain her sophomore, junior and senior seasons ... Was a four-time all-conference shortstop and earned all-region and all-state honors at shortstop her junior and senior seasons ... As a junior hit .627 with 44 RBI, including hitting for the cycle in a game that included 10 RBI and two homers ... Led the Falcons to the state tournament for the first time in 20 years ...
