The New Mexico Highlands Women's Soccer team will hit the road this weekend as they will travel to Utah to take on Dixie State at 7:30 pm on Friday and Westminster on Sunday at 1 pm.
 
ABOUT DIXIE STATE: DSU (6-3-4, 4-2-3 RMAC) comes in to the weekend 7th in RMAC play, behind CSU Pueblo and ahead of Mesa. The Trailblazers have scored 28 goals on the season and have allowed 11, which includes an average of 14.4 shots per game. Whitley Johns (6 goals, 3 assists) and Kelsey Cook (4 goals, 7 assists) both lead the Trailblazers in points this season with 15.  Jill Bennett (3 goals, 1 assist), Sophie Stewart (2 goals, 1 assist), and Alexa Ashton (3 goals) will all look to aid the Trailblazer offense over the weekend. Chandler Greenwood (6 goals allowed) and Adelle Brown (3 goals allowed) have started in the net for the Trailblazers. Greenwood has tallied 20 saves and faced 61 shots and Brown has also tallied 20 saves and has faced 56 shots.
 
ABOUT WESTMINSTER: The Griffins (8-3-2, 5-3-1 RMAC) are currently ranked 5th in conference play as they will look to host a play-off game in the 4th spot. The Griffins have scored 15 goals on the season and have given up 8, which includes a 17.8 shots per game average. Brynnae Braun, Aimee Kurfurst, Emma Heyn, and Sarah Reiber have all scored two goals and recorded an assist on the season. Hillary Weixler has started 11 of the 13 games for the Griffins in goal as she has tallied 34 saves off of 80 shots faced and has allowed 7 goals. Preslee Sudburry started the other two games in goal and allowed 1 goal with 4 saves and 13 shots faced.
 
ABOUT NEW MEXICO HIGHLANDS: The Cowgirls (0-11, 0-9 RMAC) are coming off of a heart-breaking OT loss against Western Colorado last weekend. The Cowgirls have scored 7 goals on the season and have given up 50. Janis Martinez leads the way for the Cowgirls offense as she has scored 5 goals on the season. Ariana Castillo and Aly Loidolt have both scored a goal and Cheyenne Delgado, Maiya Asperin, and Monique Nevarez each have an assist. Katherine Scott has started 6 games for the Cowgirls and Karina Vega has started in 4. Scott has tallied 43 saves off 124 shots faced and allowed 29 goals, while Vega has tallied 32 saves off 100 shots faced and allowed 21 goals.
