Las Vegas, NM --- The Cowboys aim to remain in the top 4 spots in RMAC play as they host Regis on Friday night and Colorado Christian on Saturday night with both games starting around 7 pm at the Wilson Complex.
 
ABOUT REGIS: The Rangers are currently tied with the Cowboys in conference play, so the outcome of this game could play a huge roll in the positions these two teams will hold come the end of February. The Rangers average 76.7 points per game while shooting 45.8% from the field, which includes 33.8% from three-point territory. Regis also averages 33.4 rebounds and 11.9 assists per contest. The Rangers have a balanced attack from three players as Toni Rocak (5.8 rebounds, 1.6 assists) averages 15.3 points, Christian Little (5.5 rebounds, 1.8 assists) averages 14.1 points, and Brian Dawson (3.4 rebounds) averages 11.8 points per game.
 
ABOUT COLORADO CHRISTIAN: The Cougars are coming off a 5-point loss to Regis on December 20th. The Cougars average 71 points per game while shooting 42.7% from the field and 33.8% from the three. Co. Christian also averages 32.4 rebounds and 14 assists. The Couars also have a well balanced attack as three players average double figures in points. Jake Hornick (5.7 rebounds, 4 assists) and Justin Engesser (7.2 rebounds) lead the way as they both average 13.7 points per game. Spencer Hoffman (12.2 points, 5.9 rebounds) and Elijah Oliver (9.5 points) are also players to watch for the Cougars on Saturday night.
ABOUT THE COWBOYS: The Cowboys are looking to remain in the top running in RMAC standings as they currently sit tied for the 4th spot. The Cowboys come in to weekend leading the conference in points per game averaging 95.3 a game, while shooting 48% from the field and 37.4% from three-point land, while also grabbing 38.1 rebounds and 12.5 assists per game. The Cowboys are led by Sammy Barnes-Thompkins and Raquan Mitchell as both players hold the top 2 spots in scoring. Barnes-Thompkins averages 25.3 points, 3.9 rebounds and 2.8 assists whereas Raquan Mitchell averages 24.1 points, 4.9 rebounds and 2.8 assists. DJ Bustos returned in the last game for the Cowboys from a shoulder injury during the preseason where he scored 12 points while knocking down 4 3-pointers. Desmond Carpenter (9.8 points, 4.3 rebounds, 2.1 assists), David Hall (9 points, 4.8 rebounds), and Darius Harrison (7.9 points, 5.2 rebounds) are also key players to watch for the Cowboys this weekend.
