GOLDEN, Colo. --- The New Mexico Highlands volleyball team lost to No. 6 Colorado School of Mines 3-0 (25-21, 25-13, 25-20) Saturday night at Lockridge Arena.
Angellina Oliver led the Cowgirls (7-11 overall, 3-5 RMAC) with eight kills while
Lisi Langi added seen and
Terayah Stukes had six.Â
Soleil Gandara had a team-best 14 assists while
Samantha Sjogren added 12 and
Meranda Romero had a team-high nine digs.
The Orediggers (15-1, 8-0), who have now won 12 matches straight, were led by 12 kills apiece from Julia Eiken, Taylor Hicken and Rose Stuewe.
The Cowgirls return to action at home 7 p.m. Tuesday against Adams State at Wilson Complex.
