Game 4 Final

The New Mexico Highlands baseball team suffered a tough loss to the Regis University Rangers with a final score of 15-1. Although the Cowboys were able to get on the board in the second inning with a solo homerun from Dedrick, it wasn't enough to keep up with the Rangers' offensive onslaught.
Regis got things going early with a sacrifice fly in the second inning and added another run in the same inning with a single from Miller. The Rangers continued to score in the following innings with a homerun from Marlow in the third, and then runs in the fourth and fifth innings.
The Cowboys struggled to keep up with the Rangers, and things got even worse in the sixth inning when Regis scored five runs with a combination of hits and errors from the Cowboys' defense. The Rangers' Vaught hit a homerun in the same inning, which brought their lead to 12-1.
The game ended with the Rangers scoring three more runs in the seventh inning, with a final score of 15-1. The Cowboys were unable to put together any significant offensive momentum throughout the game and struggled with their defense, committing multiple errors that allowed the Rangers to extend their lead.
The loss drops the Cowboys' record to 3-39 on the season. They will look to bounce back in their next game as they face off against Colorado Mesa University next week at home for Senior weekend.
