Las Vegas, NM-   In game 1 it was apparent that Colorado School of Mines took the day one sweep personally as they came out on day 2 with much more aggression. The Orediggers got things going in the third inning where they racked up 5 runs. Not only were the Orediggers much more aggressive at bat, but in both games they were extremely aggressive when it came to base running. School of mines is not accustomed to losing anything and especially not losing often so a better day 2 was expected. NMHU continued struggling to get hits on Sadriena Rodriguez who was named pitcher of the week recently during the month of April.
Game 2-  Came with more action at the plate for the Cowgirls as they mustered up 3 runs in this contest. Although they still fell 6-3, it was a positive seeing them get their bats hot.
Arianna Ramirez continued her hot streak at the bat as she added two more hits to her weekend total in this game.

Season Finale- The Cowgirls will play their final games of the season on the road as they take on Metro in the final conference matchup of the year next week.
