Gunnison, Colorado - NMHU dropped a 3-0 decision at Western Colorado on Thursday evening in an RMAC Power Pod match. The Cowgirls are now 4-17 overall, Power Pod matches do not count in the conference standings.
Western Colorado won by scores of 25-14, 25-23, 25-22 and out hit the Cowgirls in the match .209 to .092.
Jaylee Gonzales had a match high ten kills this evening.
Meg Pfannerstill was in double digits with 10 digs while
Jada Lawson had a match high six blocks.
The Cowgirls play their second match in Gunnison tomorrow afternoon at 1:00 pm against Black Hills State.
