Salt Lake City, Utah - Westminster defeated NMHU 3-0 in Saturday afternoon's rescheduled match. The Cowgirls are now 5-28 overall and 2-9 in the RMAC.
The date of the match was pushed back one day to accommodate NMHU's travel that was impacted by heavy snows in northern New Mexico.
The Griffins, in seventh place and in contention for an RMAC postseason berth, won by scores of 25-12, 25-17, 33-31.
Westminster out-hit NMHU .183 to .045 in the match.
Jaylee Gonzales led the Cowgirls with eight kills.
Abby Carlsen had 18 assists and
Meg Pfannerstill had three service aces.
Defensively,
Nicole Shaver had a match high 19 digs on Saturday.
