Colorado Springs, Colorado – For the second season in a row, NMHU junior forward
Nathan Hasberry was voted to the 2024-25 Rocky Mountain Athletic Conference All-Academic First Team in an announcement by the league office Wednesday afternoon.
The RMAC All-Academic First Team and Academic Player of the Year awards are voted on by the conference's sports information directors. To be eligible for consideration on the RMAC All-Academic First Team, a student-athlete must have been an active student at the institution for at least two consecutive semesters or three consecutive quarters and carry a cumulative 3.50 grade point average (GPA).
Hasberry has a 3.92 grade point average while majoring in Business Administration. Appearing in all 28 games for the Cowboys this season, Hasberry averaged 9.4 points, 2.8 rebounds, 1.0 steals per game this season.
Three student-athletes are repeat honorees from the 2023-24 All-Academic First Team including Hasberry.
Cowboys Ja'Kown Hill and
TJ Sanchez were named to the 2024-25 Men's Basketball Honor Roll. Hill has a 3.34 GPA while majoring in Computer Science and Sanchez has a 3.34 GPA and is majoring in Business Administration.
