Colorado Springs, Colorado - The Rocky Mountain Athletic Conference released its postseason All-Conference honors and individual award winners for men's basketball on Thursday and two of NMHU men's basketball student-athletes were recognized in balloting by the conference coaches.
Senior
Kenard Richardson and junior
Blessin Kimble were named to the RMAC Men's Basketball Honorable Mention team.
The All-RMAC teams and awards are selected and voted on by the league's 15 head coaches. Coaches are not permitted to vote for their players.
Richardson appeared in all 28 games for the Cowboys this season and averaged 14.8 points per game which was fifth best in the RMAC. In his NMHU career Richardson played in 55 games and scored 751 points.
Kimble played in all 28 games this season for NMHU and averaged 12.8 points and 5.2 rebounds per game. He scored 20 or more points in six games this year, including a career high 24 points in the Cowboys win over Fort Lewis in February.
