Las Vegas, New Mexico - With just two weeks to go until the RMAC Track and Field Championships, New Mexico Highlands makes their annual trek to Canyon, Texas, this weekend for the abbreviated Jo Meeker Classic & Multi at West Texas A&M.
This weekend's schedule in Canyon has been shortened from three days to two because of potential weather issues in west Texas on Saturday.
While the Cowgirls have secured several top times ahead of the RMAC Championships, they look to solidify positions and add participants for the championship meet at CSU-Pueblo that is scheduled to begin on April 24th.
Next up, the Cowgirls have added a trip to Portales next Saturday for the Greyhound Open at Eastern New Mexico.
