Colorado Springs, Colorado - New Mexico Highlands senior Patreece Clarke has been voted RMAC Co-Track Athlete of the Year, as announced by the conference office this afternoon.
Clarke earned Co-Track Athlete of the Year honors after dominating the 100-meter hurdles throughout the season. A native of May Pen, Jamaica, Clarke captured the NCAA Division II national championship in the 100-meter hurdles last week in Kansas with a time of 13.03, finishing 0.2 seconds ahead of the rest of the field and moving into fourth place on the Division II all-time performance list in the event.
Clarke also claimed RMAC championships in the 100-meter hurdles and 4x100-meter relay, posting times of 13.01 and 44.83, respectively. In addition, she finished as the conference runner-up in the 100-meter dash with a time of 11.53 and qualified for the NCAA Division II National Championships in the event.
Additionally, the Cowgirls earned 13 All-RMAC honors at the 2026 RMAC Outdoor Track & Field Championships:
