Biography

Chanae is a sophomore Guard from Roy, NM majoring in Pre Professional Health. When she’s not on the court, she enjoys hanging out with family and friends. After graduation, she would like to go to Physical Therapy school to become a Physical Therapist. She became a Cowgirl because NMHU is a good school with small class sizes and good resources. Also, the Women’s Basketball team is changing the culture and turning the program around which she wanted to be a part of. She chose Division II because it was the best option for education and basketball. Her favorite thing about Las Vegas is the small town environment and it is close to home. Her parents are Carla and Nino Esquibel.
