Biography

2024 (Junior):  Earned CSC Academic All-District and RMAC Academic Honor Roll honors...Ninth in the RMAC at 6.35 assists per set...Appeared in all 26 matches for the Cowgirls...Recorded 584 assists, 205 digs, and 15 service aces. 

2023 (Sophomore): Played in all 28 matches in 2023...led the Cowgirls with 256 digs...Added 268 assists and 20 service aces...Had a career high 29 digs on September 15th against CSU-Pueblo which was the sixth best effort in the RMAC...Named to the 2023 RMAC All-Academic Honor Roll.

2022 (Freshman):  Appeared in 23 matches as a freshman...Recorded 180 digs for the Cowgirls.

Prep: Played volleyball for Coach Christina Norton at Cibola High School in Albquerque where she was a three year letter winner.  Helped the Cougars to the 2021 Metro Championship...Cibola High School 2022 Student-Athlete of the Year.

Personal: Daughter of Chris and Rhonda Carlsen...Sister is Lauren Carlsen.  

Why I Chose NMHU:  I chose NMHU because it felt like home.  I love my teammates and the community here.
