Your New Mexico Highlands University Cowboys and Cowgirls are going to kick off their respective seasons on 8/24 with a wide range of collegiate athletic events. To lead off the evening, first year Head Coach
Bryan Crawford and his Cowgirls will take the court for their Volleyball Alumni Game in the John A. Wilson Complex scheduled to start at 4:00pm. After the Cowgirls finish up their Alumni game, NMHU fans can head on over to Perkins Stadium for the annual Purple and White scrimmage with second year Head Coach
Eric Young and his newly amped Cowboys to support and witness the kick-off to a promising 2012 season. First snap is scheduled for 6:00pm. Following the football scrimmage Community First Bank and Subway of Las Vegas are sponsoring a pizza and sandwich party for the NMHU student-athletes and some of our local Big Brothers / Big Sisters participants. After intermission, your Cowgirl Soccer team will take the field for their annual Alumni Game in Perkins Stadium beginning at 8:00pm to conclude an action packed evening of NMHU Athletics.
Come on out and support your Cowboys and Cowgirls as they gear up for an exciting 2012 Fall Season.
