Box Score 2 ALAMOSA, Colo.- The Cowboys and Grizzles continued their series this afternoon in Alamosa in games two and three of the RMAC season.

Game 1The Cowboys took the pitcher's dual by a score of 3-1.

The Cowboys got on the board first in the top of the second. After a strike out
Brian Chaparro singles up the middle on the third pitch of the at bat.
Emilio Medina took a nice hack to center field and moved Chaparro over to third for runners on the corners. A single to the pitcher by
Bryce Stanage singled to the pitcher that allowed Medina to move to second and Chaparro. The Cowboys led after just one and a half innings by a score of 1-0.

The Cowboys added some insurance runs in the top of fifth. It started with a
Joel Lamont walk on the eight pitch of the at bat.
Alvaro Gonzalez flied out before
Jeremy McCarty dug his cleats into the box. McCarty went deep over the left field fence on the second pitch of the at bat to give the Cowboys the 3-0.

Adams St. found a way onto the board in the bottom of the sixth. Granzella led off with a double to left field, Bybee came in to pinch run for him at second. Moldenhauer singled to center and Bybee with his speed touched the plate to make it a 3-1 game.

3-1 would be the final as the Cowboys even out their conference record at 1-1.
Game 2After going 1-2-3 in the top of the first, Gonzalez took control of the game with a solo shot to right field to give the Cowboys the 1-0 lead just six outs into the game.

The Grizzlies answered in the fourth inning with a homerun of their own by Granzella to ties the game at one a piece. In the bottom of the sixth Morley singled through the right side on the first pitch. Weidner moved him over on a sacrifice bunt. Granzella to right to score Morley from second.

The Cowboys answered in the top of seventh. With runners on first and second when Caporal singled to centerfield to score Cilladi from second. Adams needed a run to keep the game going into extra innings. The Grizzlies had runners on on first and second Downs hit a sharp ball to the Cowboy second baseman, who was not able to field the ball. On the error Bollig advanced home from third to give the Grizzlies the 3-2 win over the Cowboys.
