The Cowboys got their bats going in the top of the third. Bryan Stanage led off with a walk for the Cowboys. Joseph Cilladi singled to center. On a passed ball Stanage and Cilladi advanced to third and second. Garcia knew all he had to do is hit a deep fly ball to get the run home. He did his job as he flied to right and Stanage scored from third. Alvaro Gonzalez continued the rally going three batters later. With runners on first and second Gonzalez singled to left and Jesus Caporal got on his horse and scored first second. Next for the Cowboys was McCarty, who went deep yesterday, single to left to score Joel Lamont. Adam's Nelson cut the Cowboys lead to 4-2 when he went deep to right center in the bottom of the fourth. With Bollig on second and Thurston on first Downs double to left and and scored two Grizzlies to tie the game at four.

Coach Hunt and the Cowboys didn't let those runs get to them. In the fifth Gonzalez lead off with another single to left. McCarty hit a grounder to the pitcher, but Gonzalez was almost to second so the pitcher had to take the easy one to first. Chaparro grounded out to short but Gonzalez was able to move over to third. Media didn't want to leave his teammate on base as he hit a ground rule double to left. After the top half of the fifth the Cowboys lead 5-4.

The Cowboys scored what they though would be an insurance run in their half of the sixth. When Lamont doubled to right to score Easton Garcia, who led off the inning with a triple. Adams didn't let that extra run get to them as they rallied in the bottom half of the innings. Bollig doubled to center to lead them off. Garmendia knocked a single through the left side to score Bollig from second. Morley dug in three batters later with runners at second and third when he a single to left to score two Grizzles and give them the 7-6 lead. After a pitching change Mares knocked the cover off the ball over the left field fence to make it a 9-6 game through five innings.

Adams kept the runs coming after the seventh inning stretch. With one out Bollig singled through the right side. He finished his trip around the bases on a triple to left center by Garmendia. After a pitching he would score on a wild pitch to make it a 11-6 game.
